Free · Google, AI and social · no email

When someone near you needs what you do, do you come up?

They Google it, or they ask an AI who is best, or they scroll socials looking for someone local. Three places. We check all three and show you what is there.

Check your patch

Reads Google’s map results and page one for your trade in your suburb, who is ranking and how many reviews they have, which directories are taking up the page, what three AI assistants say when asked who is best, and whether your business has a findable Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube page.

Does not read your website, your Google Ads spend, your follower counts, or how often you post. The social check is a presence check — it tells you a profile exists and Google knows about it, nothing about whether it is any good.

Free. No email, no sign-up. The whole result is on your screen. We keep a record of what you typed and what came back, for 90 days.

Or have us look instead

Free. We email you what we find within a business day. No call unless you ask for one.

We never share or sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Three places, not one

A tradie who is happy with his Facebook page and has never looked at his Google map listing is not visible. Neither is one who ranks well on Google and has no presence anywhere a person might scroll. They are different rooms in the same house.

The third is the newest. Google can now put an AI answer above the results, and Pew Research Center (22 July 2025, US data) found people clicked through to a website less often when one appeared. If your name is not in that answer, there is no list to scroll down to find you.

This check looks in all three and tells you what is actually there. Not a score out of a hundred. The names, the numbers, and what came back.

What these results usually mean

Not showing in the map results for your own suburb is rarely about your work. Common causes are a Google Business Profile that is thin, unverified, or pointed at the wrong area, and a review count below everyone else on the page.

Not being named by the AI assistants can come from the same thing. They read what the web says about you. If there is little to read, there is nothing to say.

A blank social row means a person who wants to have a quick look at you before ringing has nothing to look at. That is not a vanity problem.

Your result is not shown to anyone and we never sell or share it. We do keep a record of the checks that are run — what you typed and what came back — so we know the tool is working and being used honestly. Records are deleted after 90 days.

What it deliberately leaves out

It does not judge your website. It does not know what you spend on ads, or whether those ads work. It does not count followers or read your posts. Every one of those is a real question and none of them is this one.

The social check searches your business name and reports which social sites come back. A tick means a profile exists and Google can find it. It says nothing about whether anyone is looking at it, and a business with a dead Facebook page from 2019 gets the same tick as one posting every week.

And when part of a check cannot be read, the result says so in that spot. It does not quietly show you a zero. A zero and an unanswered question look identical in a number, and only one of them is your problem.

Knowing where you stand is free. Fixing it is the part we do.

If the result above is not what you wanted, that is the honest starting point. We build the profile, the reviews and the pages that put you in all three of those places — for one trade, in one patch, properly.
