What we go through
Where you come up, and who is above you. We open the same screen the audit was written from and go through the names on it. Whether one of them is a real competitor or a directory changes what is worth doing about it.
The details that disagree. Old hours, a number from two vans ago, a trading name that only half matches. Which versions of you are out there, and which one is winning.
What we would fix first, and what we would leave
Some of it is a job for us. Some of it you can do yourself in an afternoon, and we will say so when that is the answer.
You do not have to decide anything on the call, and there is no quote at the end of it unless you ask for one.
